Imperia began building pasta makers in 1932 and has been an icon of Italian quality and tradition ever since. Today they manufacture a complete line of both manual and electric pasta makers as well as ravioli molds and other pasta making tools.
In 2010 Imperia merged with the Italian commercial pasta machine manufacturer La Monferrina.
